We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic hands-on Ad Operations Manager.

LeadsMarket is looking to hire a full time Ad Operations Manager, who will be responsible for managing the setup, delivery, optimizations, and reporting of digital ad campaigns for multiple clients within a team environment. You will work with cross functional groups to address and resolve all ad ops issues in a timely manner and ensure that all campaign deliverables are being met.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations and client service, preferably in the financial services or tech industry;
  • Experience in B2C and B2B2C businesses, particularly in the digital consumer space;
  • Experience setting up and managing advertising campaigns
  • Must be technically adept within the digital ad space and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Excel, especially with pivot tables
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required;
  • Experience working at a financial services lead generation company is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties of ad operations including setup and launch of new advertisers and advertising campaigns to ensure their success and revenue goals
  • Perform QA checks and troubleshooting
  • Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc. to client facing team members
  • Monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery and performance
  • Analyze ad campaign reports and provide recommendations to customer success reps
  • Work with integration, technical, marketing and publisher teams to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements
  • Assist with documenting, updating, maintaining the work-flow procedures and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for the company to leverage them.
